Might I say that your phone number 03 5792 4353 does not work - because I just tried calling you! Have you tried to contact us about this? Our R/C's always work. It could be your TV that is not working! PALSONICS have a habit of IR-Receiver module failure. What this does is prevent ANY R/C from communicating with the TV. This is a possibility. Please respond, so we can try and find the problem. STAR COMPONENTS

So many others tell you to measure the outer circumference or give the folded in half length which is wide open to miscalculation, or don't mention the thickness or width, which can be equally important.
