Probably still usable. Nice to see they care about their customers… no cushioning, nothing to protect the finish, just throw in a box and ship!

Day 18, no product, I message eBay about the issue and immediately got a response from the seller "it'll be there soon". Day 20, similar responses. Day 22 item finally arrived.
