As consequence I feel cheated out of my $243.00 purchase. Can eBay help me get my money back, I will gladly return the software disk which was shipped to me. Later, I learned this was not the case or stance of P6projecrs, therefore I hereby extend my apologies. Please accept my apology."

I will try again on my second laptop tomorrow, and let you know how I get on, I will take it to the professionals to do this due to the anti virus software that I have installed, in the meantime plase send my any learning materials that you have.
