The seller offered to send a replacement and offered to personalize it with my name and rank to make up for the inconvenience. All I had to do was close my case with Ebay. When I received the replacement, it was just a generic Navy mug without my ship's logo. When I emailed the seller again, they ignored me. This is a scam.
