    What a great item. My thanks to 3dshapeengineering. It was delivered in just a few days well before estimated. I had a top shelf collapse which caused two of the shelves below to also collapse. I was starting to look for a new refrigerator when I found this item. It was difficult to install in that my fingers would not fit into the shelf opening with hooks. I used two screw drivers - a flat tip in the opening and a small one to guide the hooks from above into the openings. Bingo.

    The seller doesn't recommend it for the top freezer model. I was desperate and bought it anyway. The left clip fit perfectly. The right clip I noticed the hole didn't line up. To fix this, I had to chip away a little of the box, at the clip (not noticeable once installed). I also cut off the 2 nibs on the right side clip to get it to fit. It works great, I would definitely recommend it if you have a top freezer model. I am going to buy it again to have it available if another clip should break.
