    Seller sent toothpaste through the mail without marking the package as fragile, do not bend, etc. The toothpaste obviously went through a roller system at the post office and arrived in horrible condition. The seller blamed it on my postman, asking if he stepped on it. After contacting the seller and getting nothing but an argument and no responsibility on her part, I am giving this SELLER A NEGATIVE RATING. I would not advise anyone to purchase from her.

    The day buyer messaged me about the toothpaste, I asked her to send me pics of the damage so I can turn it into the shipping co. She responded by telling me she already tossed it, she wasn't pulling it out, to take pics. I'm sorry it was damage. if i received a damaged item i WOULD take pics. Just be clear the toothpaste was in a box, bubble wrapped, then put a used bubble bag around that, then placed it in a new bubble bag. I pack my items very well. Please take the buyer words w/grain of salt.
