No recibí el artículo. Y no me dieron opción de hacer el reclamo para mi reembolso. Me dijeron que esperara más días por el atraso debido a la pandemia. Seguí esperando el artículo y tampoco llegó. Luego volví a intentar solicitar mi reembolso y me indicaron que ya no era elegible para el reembolso. Es decir, o perdí el dinero. Porque eBay no se hizo responsable del problema de envío. Y en el seguimiento del paquete nunca me mostraba es estatus del mismo. Terrible experiencia.
