The item was perfect! I just hate that the seller doesn't seem to be a people's person when you call to try and get info about your order. Also there was no option to pay for faster shipping which is a hassle. The item took almost a week and a half after I paid in full to even ship out. Item took the full 2 weeks to receive. Other than that my experience was good. My car is back running like a champ after trying 4 alternators from other vendors.
