- r***r (24)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseMyNorcold Frig (Model 982) went out and I happen to get a used Dometic (Model 3862) to have my ExCel 1998 5th wheel back to use again. They are all standard size for the hole when you pull it out, but you may need some clearance on sides to get another one in. Yes they are very heavy and may need two persons. Once you wrestle the replacement in of a different brand, the propane lines do NOT line up. You could try bending the copper lines, but I found out that a 18" rubber hose was the answer.
