El producto era el equivocado y el vendedor me dijo que lo devolviera. No abrí ningún proceso de devolución y he devuelto el artículo por carta ordinaria. Dos semanas y media después, el vendedor ni confirma ni desmiente si le ha llegado o no. He leído otras opiniones y parece que hay más casos similares por parte del vendedor. Al final, parece que tendrá el artículo y el dinero. Su solución es que abra incidencia con eBay cuando saben que sin número de seguimiento, no hay caso. Parece mala fe.
