    Once I receive the item found 3 days later that the software to use it was down with bugs or whatever. So asked for the refund they said they would but never received. I connected them again once 2 weeks past by they told me it had been refunded and they sent me a email, so I went back to check my email and never received one. I went on my online banking 5 time to double check no refund. I let them know I didn't receive neither one but no answer. Not very honest saler.
