The bag of 3 screws was open, one screw in the bag, one buried into the inner cardboard packing, and the other one was missing so had to find a close match in the garage. The cable tie was missing from the centre drive for the regulator. It fitted and it works, but may have been roughly treated by DPD. Seems robust quality, well greased too. To be honest I'd be happy for the seller to send me another one.
