The the driver to remove the pin was too big and jammed itself into the hole of the aluminum block. After struggling to remove the driver with some pliers, which marred it badly, I had to grind it down to get it to fit properly. The new pins also fit really tight in the new shoes and they seem a bit short. The shoes are hard to move after installing the new pin. I don't know if it's going to be a problem but I'm going to run them anyways. I just hope the really are CYCO pads.
