Only issue was some minor damage to the plastic side of the TV from shipping. It was a bulky and heavy item and the seller put plenty of bubble wrap and other packing material for protection. I don’t blame them at all. It is a bit of a gamble shipping a large crt. I did not contact seller about it as it didn’t affect the functionality at all. Thank you!
