    Despite my request to use rigid packaging for shipping, seller decided a simple manila envelope and backing board would suffice. Of course, the items arrived damaged. Seller eventually did issue refund, but missed multiple chances to apologize for or even acknowledge not honoring my request. Instead, their responses were chipper, continuing to make it clear they don't care about buyer concerns for the safety of books they sell. It's for this reason that feedback is negative rather than neutral.

    Post Office screws up packages sometimes, refunded full payment immediately upon receiving word of problems- not eventually. Damage to books was not commensurate with a full refund.
