      They shipped my package 1 day late, but they ended up refunding me for the shipping , so that was great. My monitor was as described and arrived in perfect working condition. It was overly bubble wrapped to prevent any damaging, I really appreciated. They did a great job communicating as well, if well after my order arrived.
