    The shoes arrived damaged - we think they were subjected to some intense heat en route that corroded the rubber soles, since it was not that hot when they arrived. It also took much longer than usual to arrive - 10 days for Priority Mail which is very long. When I sent photos to the seller he responded immediately and refunded my money along with an apology (even though it wasn't his fault!) Very positive experience in spite of the disappointment about the shoes.
