    I purchased a Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 lens listed as “Excellent Condition (9/10).” It was shipped with only packing paper (no bubble wrap) and arrived with the Limit/Full switch broken. I then discovered the USM autofocus was defective. I had to return it. In response, the seller stated they had offered a refund and claimed the lens did not include USM autofocus. However, their own photos clearly showed both the USM switch and the Intact Limit/Full switch. Seller Comm: A+, Item as Shown: D

    I responded immediately. I offered a very reasonable refund. The buyer was very receptive & a pleasure to deal with.The lens did not include a USM Auto Focus and wasn't in the description. The buyer decided to return the item. I respected his decision and issued a full refund as per eBay Policy.
