I contacted the seller notifying him/her about the condition and the damaged item. Seller seems to be unwilling to have the item returned and instructed me to take out a case with google. Item was listed as open box, new, not used. Item was used and damage. See picture. I will contact eBay. He said the broken off piece wasn't in the box so he knew that I sent it to him already broken. I told him to try and get a refund from eBay. Then when he opened the return request, MAGICALLY the piece that was broken off shows up.
