    Packaged As described.. Not sure how it works, it's a gift and I'm not going to try it out before I give it... But it looks like it's in great shape.     Customer was charged USPS calculated shipping on this order. Measurements and weight were correct. Unfortunately rates on USPS shipping have recently gone up in July. USPS rates increase twice a year. January and July like clock work and always an increase during the holiday season.
