Having first given the order for shipping to UPS, after five days it had not been collected and was still in New Delhi, putting the target delivery date at risk. I contacted brownstore_18 in the early hours of 22 January. They acted immediately, placing a new order with DHL International. The item arrived to me here in the UK on Friday 24 January - unbelievably quickly. Goodness knows how much that cost them! **Fantastic brownstore_18!!!

    The description and title should be labeled as 'USED' not 'BRAND NEW'. Since the box was opened and only sealed with a fake seal, I no longer believe it's the unit I paid for. There is visible wear on both the unit and the box, with the outer box showing significant signs of use. I'm unsure how long the unit will last. I'm also not sure if I should buy another one from this seller for my right ear. The communication with this seller has been the most frustrating part. The shipment was from INDIA
