No tracking until 4-13 when it arrived in OR (no bad weather reports). Delivered 4-15. Asked about tracking when ordered and was told full tracking whether shipper was USPS or FedEx. Was sent "Freeship" thru FedEx Economy. Wld have paid extra for better tracking. WLD recommend seller. She was great.

    Hi there, I'm so sorry that shipping took so long. Sometimes fedex is slow, so maybe they should change their name to fedslow. That doesn't have quite the same ring though. I am glad that the teapot made it there though, and hopefully it is brightening the home of your friend. :)
