The bag looked exactly like the photos, only recomendation I would say is that I wish there were more photos up close on the claps and the shoulder strap (Minor to be expected wear on strap padding, and the claps worked slightly differently than I had originally thought). Overall, very impressed with the bag, and it has been working great as a work laptop bag (I have been using it for a few weeks and so far no issues).
