Attempted to get a replacement part, but all I got was the option to send it back at my expense or receive $10.00 off. They apparently when wrapping the item broke the track. After looking further, they also charged more than the other sellers for the item. My suggestion is NOT to buy anything form this seller. Just a rip-off seller.
