He isn't English, the jacket is advertised as armored, it isn't, it's a light weight jacket manufactured in Pakistan probably in a sweat shop. The sizing runs small, so I tried to return it on that basis, there are no returns. The seller also is supposed to pay tarrifs, which he places on the buyer, which is probably illegal. Overall he is dishonest and stopped communicating with me.
