    Well it is rare for me to leave more than a 1 line review, but the people at Blue Fox Tools and their carriers, Aramex have excelled and need recognition. I ordered the two chucks with a promise DELIVERY date of end of August. You can imagine my astonishment at receiving them in 5 days from New Delhi, India to the Highlands of Scotland.     What was delivered was not what was ordered. The description in the offer was very clear it came with a wooden box but the items came without a wooden box. Blue Fox Tools said they would send new complete item but I have been waiting now since 23rd Sept. Not receved any advice that it was dispatched, Chased it once but had no response. Not a brilliant customer service and I have ended up paying over the odd for an incomplete order.
