Notified Seller and she immediately credited my card for the amount of the sale. The plates were packaged well. However there was a 3" hole in the corner of the shipping carton. My guess the USPS just dumped it in one of their shipping containers with no regard to top or bottom. Well-packaged, wrapped in paper, and shipped in a cardboard box. No shipping damage. They arrived in perfect condition with decent packing. Plenty of bubble wrap and cushioning between the plates. The only thing I would suggest is to always double box china. These plates were heavy and could easily have arrived damaged if something heavy was tossed on the box.
