Packaging was excellent not only was the hat boxed in a secure box, but it was also wrapped in plastic to prevent any dust or dirt from the box getting on the hat several other vendors have neglected that extra step, but it meant a lot to me. I’m saving the seller as a preferred seller and look forward to doing business with Raccoon Mary again

The item I received, box had crushed corner, bent & beat up in spots. Shipping box had no damage. So it was not damaged in shipping. Contacted seller, they just made excuses about shipping, then about low resolution pics in auction wouldn't show damage. Pics do not lie, but seller does. Seller not willing to do anything to rectify the situation. The listing never said “mint condition,” and my photos clearly showed the box wear. The buyer received exactly what was described and even got a 10% discount. They contacted me 11 days after delivery, which is a long time, and the box could have been damaged later. It seems they just wanted to get the item for free. This feedback is unfair and misleading.

It was exactly as described, even better than I thought it would be. The value of this item was amazing. I have been wanting one of these blankets for a long time but simply couldn't afford it. I can't believe I got one in my price range. I am extremely happy and would definitely order from this seller again!
