    FedEx severely mishandled the rose bush. They flipped it every way but the right way, they delivered a day later than scheduled. I prefer UPS as they handle my packages better and are $10 cheaper on cost.. But the rose survived. It was packaged to perfection, snug and safe from unsafe handling by FedEx. It is in beautiful shape. I'm thrilled and can't wait for blooms. The bush itself is gorgeous and thick. A lot bigger than i thought it would be. Awesome seller.
