Pictures show ruler next to pants, but doesn’t account for the front of waist being beyond stretched out. This is a size medium. I wear a 33-34 and I have to pull drawstrings all the way tight to keep them from falling to my ankles. Nice sweatpants, just wish they actually fit like they’re supposed to. I assume they were owned by an obese person before.
