Another buyer had the same issue with their package being marked as delivered by UPS with a picture, and the seller said UPS does this but that’s false. My neighbor works for UPS and said that’s not true. Plus, why would UPS provide a fake picture of a package on a patio if it wasn’t actually delivered? Unfortunately, I haven’t received my item or my money back.
