    Is this how you reward honesty? I am sorry you felt compelled to respond with negative, and incorrect, feedback. Apparently, you've never dropped and broken anything... it happens. I wish it had not, as you lose a nice set of glasses and I lose a customer sale. It seems that you chose to look at only one part of the equation and it speaks volumes.
