The price was good, but if something arrives that does not work there should be a replacement. After many hours the problem was corrected and the Modem/Router is working fine. The frustration came from buyer dealing with their service provider. I'm glad your service provider got it working for you, but negative feedback for a working product advertised as no returns accepted isn't justified in my opinion.
