I requested photographs of the defects and seller claimed the item was already sent away for repair. This was the same day. I expressed my disappointment and seller ridiculed my sentiment in multiple disorganised messages. I was not given the opportunity to continue with the purchase. I always test my items before posting them the compass was stiff, and missing two key screws. The ridiculing you state never happened, i gave you a full refund and offered you 20$ in my store due to the item being defective and needing repairs and said you were to be contacted once resolved. And yes it was sent to a relative the same day they are in the same suburb, New screws ordered
