Seller said they sent 2 replacements & provided a tracking number, but it's been 11 days & Uniuni has no record of the number. Seller has not provided a return shipping label & has asked me to determine the best way to ship the bad lamps to China. I'm not paying anything more until I receive 2 working lamps. I can't find an "Ask eBay to step in and help" tab, so not happy!
