I made it very clear to her that I wanted the ceramic Bank double boxed, with styrofoam on all four sides in between the two boxes. She stated in emails to me that she would do exactly that. And did nothing of the sort!!! She never apologized once for her packaging. EBay stepped in, to get me a partial refund!! She has no concept of customer service!! And doesn't care!! At all!!
