A small piece of cardboard taped over the open hole would have secured it properly. Instead, shipper wrapped plastic trash bags around the whole box, (??) which allowed product to "bulge" out of the box where there was no cardboard structure! Only by chance, product wasn't damaged. That said, product is as described -- thanks.
