The delivery took longer than I expected and when I did receive it, it looked like it was used as a hockey puck. When I opened the package it was slightly damaged however I took the chance to have it professionally installed and the unit failed. I asked for a refund and the seller promptly gave me an RMA # and returned my money with no issues.
