I cancelled the order for this toby jug, as it was not what I expected. Chingford Curios were perfectly fair about it, and I received a refund. Thank you

Chingford Curios I have no problem with. But their choice of couriers I do. They use Evri, who are next to useless as a courier. They eventually got the item to me after allegedly two previous attempts, to cut a long story short they seem to pick a random reason for mot delivering the parcel, which is bad when I have needed to take time off work to receive it. On the last failed attempt, I was working all afternoon in the front garden when I got a message saying sorry we missed you!! Useless!!
