    Although the item did arrive in a non-working condition, dealing with this seller was an Amazing Ebay Seller to work with. The item was shipped Immediately and wrapped and shipped with extreme care. When the Seller received the message that the item was not working Seller Immediately refunded the item and sent an apology note advising that I should not return the item but just to dispose of it: Even when the purchase terms required me to return the item at my expense for a refund.

Had to wait quite a while for this one between a delay on seller's end (understandable, had set vacation notice on page/listing) and lackluster service from FedEx. Value on the item and shipping cost could have been better, but understandable on software that's becoming more collectible/rare and higher ship costs in 2025. Would work with this seller again!

    Received product on time, very well packaged. Product description was a mixed bag - while the listing stated that one of the speaker terminals did not work, I got it to work with no issues. However, the Mute control switch does not work, sent a note but did not receive any seller response. Upon further testing, Balance pot has an issue as well that needs fixing. But overall satisfied considering the vintage of the item, will purchase again, seller could respond better.
