- 1***k (423)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseI have made very high quality shot with this very nicely built unit using alloy that measures 9 to 10 BHN on a Lee hardness tester. This is typical of my range picked bullet alloy. Using two coats of Franklin mold drop graphite spray on the ramp. Coolant is Dollar Store fabric softener, drop distance about 1/4" into a .50 cal ammo can level full, all in a larger baking pan to catch overflow. My alloy temp is around 640 F. You will need a 240V male plug for the power cord.
