    Sorry to hear a CD is not working. We didn't have opportunity to try everyone. We did look at the surfaces and all seemed OK. I assume you have tried cleaning it. Have you tried it in another CD player? There are recommendations on the internet; To clean a CD,distilled water with a drop of dish soap or a isopropyl alcohol and water. Rub toothpaste on the disc in a straight motion from the center out to the edges.Let it dry completely, then wash off the toothpaste, and carefully dry it
