All parts appear to be included and were either new or essentially as new condition. Thank you! I did have to pay additional shipping costs to the postal delivery person (thankfully she was able to conduct the transaction at my door), so it would be good in the future to verify shipping costs before including the estimated shipping costs in the eBay posting.
