    Item was described an an "open box." This infers the item is brand new and includes everything included with a new item with the exception of the original box and packaging. This is not the case. The items was missing the USB dongle and the instruction manual. Also, the item bore the brand, "Plantronics" instead of "Poly." Plantronics is the name of older models before the brand acquisition by HP, so the item is not new or just barely used. It's old. This is disappointing.

    Item was completely as described took many pictures also told anyone to ask questions about the item if they were unsure clearly they laid out what was described and what was being shipped to them buyers remorse misuse of wrong description scummy move didn't want to pay return shipping
