It was literally inside a bag with no padding or anything. They had a few cardboards inserted into the crown of the hat, but not enough to hold its shape through a paper bag it was totally disgusting and I will never purchase do not waste your money. Why would they offerfree shipping? If they will not ship it correctly I’d rather pay the shipping and now I have to go and pay somebody to fix it.
