    Although there were a few initial hiccups with postage and packaging, the overall experience turned out well. The item took a bit longer to arrive than expected and the packaging could have been more secure, but thankfully, it arrived intact. The product itself wasn't exactly as described at first glance, but after a closer look, it matched most of the key details. In terms of value, it might not be the best deal out there, but it still serves its purpose well and I’m satisfied with the purchase

    Thanks for feedback. I wasn’t aware of any issues with postage,the item was despatched the day after the sale and on a next day service. Any issues is down to the courier and not the seller.Item was packed in a custom/purpose made frame box which we purchase in for frame sales so I cannot understand your comment that it could have been more secure?Item was sold as spares/repair with plenty of photos and sold for £60 for two carbon Dolan track frames so “in terms of value” we think you done ok!

    Well packaged and delivered quickly, item is exactly as described, except that it's in surprisingly good condition for an item described as 'used'. There are a couple of tiny marks, but you have to look close to see them. I wouldn't have been complaining if this had been described as 'new old stock'. Great value, thank you.
