However, the picture of the helmet advertised is an old picture because when I received it, it was damaged on the right side of the helmet. I provided picture evidence and they said it was not like that when they sent it. They then provided a video of the UNDAMAGED (left) side of the helmet and when I told them that’s the wrong side, they proceeded to say no you can see it’s undamaged. We have countless pictures and videos proving as such, and I will not be bullied by buyers threatening bad reviews anymore in order to receive some kind of compensation toward what I suspect was a flaw of their own doing. This "scratch" WAS NOT done on our end. The helmet was pictured, stored in a case on top of a bookshelf, and the first time it was taken down was to ship.
