What does this seller expect posting not 1 but 2 large heavy heat packs in a paper envelope (luckily Royal Mail raised this issue before I even knew about it. Then reordered again asking seller to wrap this time securely in a BOX. Seller contacted me TWICE saying this has been noted but AGAIN HE SENDS THEM IN A BAG, RIPPED OPEN, RAIN SODDEN & DIRTY.
