They immediately shipped another and refunded my money. The second one works, it’s just not a great machine. I can’t really handle very much clay before the motor slows down. There doesn’t seem to be a way to securethe wheel to a surface. When trying to center clay it slips around on the table. Which is very problematic. It was a good trial to see if I wanted to get back into pottery
