    The ball joints were assembled extremely tight that resulted in the vehicle tracking requiring added steering correction. This required the removal of the component to be removed and force the ball joints back and forth to loosen them up for a smoother fit of your ball joints. I would have asked for a return but this would have required more time and labor beyond’s what time it took to remove and replace. Not only additional customer anger.
